1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using Buildible ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Platform.

2. Account Registration

To use certain features of the Platform, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete registration information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use

3. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Upload content that infringes on intellectual property rights
• Use the Platform for any illegal purpose
• Attempt to bypass security measures or access restricted areas
• Harass, abuse, or harm other users
• Upload malicious software or harmful content
• Create multiple accounts to circumvent bans or restrictions

4. Content Ownership

Creators retain ownership of their original content uploaded to the Platform. By uploading content, you grant Buildible a non-exclusive license to display, distribute, and promote your content on the Platform.

5. Purchases and Payments

• All prices are displayed and charged in US Dollars (USD, $)
• Payments are processed securely through Stripe
• The Platform's Stripe account settles in a currency that may differ from USD (e.g. GBP). When that happens, Stripe converts the buyer's USD payment to the settlement currency at Stripe's published rate, which includes a small foreign-exchange margin
• Completed purchases grant you a personal, non-transferable license to use the build

6. Freelancer Earnings & Fee Breakdown

Buildible uses a buyer-side service fee model. The price you see on a build, gig, or membership listing is the amount the freelancer receives. On top of that listing price, the buyer pays a service fee that covers Buildible's platform fee and Stripe's payment-processing costs.

The service fee added at checkout is calculated as:

• Platform fee — 5% of the listing price for Verified freelancers, 8% for Standard freelancers.
• Stripe processing & FX buffer — a small percentage plus a fixed amount that covers Stripe's payment-processing fee and any foreign-exchange margin (the Platform's Stripe account settles in a currency that may differ from USD, e.g. GBP). Rates are set by Stripe and outside Buildible's control; see stripe.com/gb/pricing.

The combined service fee is shown to the buyer at checkout as a single line item. The freelancer receives 100% of the listing price regardless of verified status.

Earnings can be withdrawn once the minimum payout threshold ($5.00) is met. See the Freelancer Agreement for full details on payouts, refunds, and tax responsibilities.

7. Intellectual Property

The Buildible name, logo, and platform design are the property of Buildible. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the Platform without permission.

8. Content Moderation

We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these terms, including but not limited to DMCA takedown requests. Accounts found in violation may be suspended or permanently banned.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that builds will work in all Minecraft versions or configurations.

10. Limitation of Liability

Buildible shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Platform or purchased content.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
