Refund Policy
Last updated: May 2026
1. Digital Products
All purchases on Buildible are for digital products (Minecraft builds, maps, and related assets). Due to the nature of digital goods, refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.
2. Eligible for Refund
You may be eligible for a refund if:
- The build does not match its description or preview images
- The downloaded files are corrupted or unusable
- The build does not work with the Minecraft version specified by the creator
- You were charged in error (duplicate purchase)
3. Not Eligible for Refund
Refunds will generally not be granted if:
- You simply changed your mind after purchase
- You have already downloaded and used the build
- The build works as described but doesn't meet your personal expectations
- Compatibility issues arise from mods or plugins not specified in the listing
4. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, contact us at noreply@buildible.net with:
- Your order number (BI-XXXXXX)
- The reason for your refund request
- Any supporting screenshots or evidence
5. Refund Timeline
- Refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of purchase
- We aim to process refund requests within 3-5 business days
- Approved refunds will be returned to the original payment method via Stripe
6. Creator Impact
When a refund is issued, the creator's earnings from that sale will be deducted from their available balance. Creators are notified of refunds through the platform. Stripe's processing fee and any VAT remitted via Stripe Tax are not recovered when a refund is issued — Stripe returns the gross amount to the buyer but the original Stripe processing fee is retained by Stripe.
7. Free Builds
Free builds ($0.00) are not subject to refunds as no payment was made.
8. Disputes
If you disagree with a refund decision, you may contact us for further review. We strive to resolve all disputes fairly.
